- Voucher Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.
- Redemption: Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Home at Penarth for goods and services. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Partial Redemption: If the total purchase value is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
- Multiple Vouchers: Multiple gift vouchers can be used in a single transaction, provided they are all within their validity period.
- Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient named on the voucher, unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Home at Penarth is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Refunds: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other vouchers.
- Product Availability: Use of the gift voucher is subject to product availability. Special orders or pre-bookings may be required for certain products or services.
- Alterations: Home at Penarth reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Fraudulent Activity: Home at Penarth reserves the right to refuse a gift voucher if there is any suspicion of fraud or improper use.
By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, the holder agrees to the above terms and conditions.
